How far in advance should I order a sheet cake ?
5-7 Days advance time is requested but special arrangements can be made- we are here to meet your needs.
How much time is needed to order a wedding cake?
Lets face it, the wedding cake is a one of a kind item and we are already booking 18 months in advance now, the best advice is to book the cake as soon after your date is set as possible.
Are there nut products in the baked goods?
Nuts are an important ingredient in baked goods, it is important to ask about the nut content to avoid allergic reactions.
Do all cakes need to be refrigerated?
Yes, since we use only the freshest of ingredients, the majority of our products do need to be refrigerated. Depending on the temperature of surroundings, they can be left out for a few hours.
Can I mail a cake to a friend or relative as a gift?
Although a great idea, fresh ingredient baking does not hold up well in transit.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We have a large selection of fresh baked daily cakes, pies and other assorted goodies. We can usually inscribe display case items while you wait too.

Thursday 7:00am - 6:00pm
Friday - Saturday 7:00am - 6:30pm

What is your most popular cake?
Our most popular cake is the Signature Suisse Cake, it has thick layers of chocolate and white mousse complimented with
delicate and thin layers of chocolate and yellow cake.
What is the most popular sheet cake filling?
Out most popular sheet cake filling is the Dark Chocolate and White mousse. Wit this filling you don’t have to worry about
nut allergy’s and is very nice looking after cutting.
Do you only have Mousse cakes?
No, although we specialize in Mousse cakes, Cannoli filling, and fresh cream are also popular. We can work with any filling.
Are all goods baked on premises?
Yes, we make everything at the bakery, except for some special order breads, cookies and truffles.
